About Sweden Relocators AB

Sweden Relocators AB is an immigration and relocation consultancy registered in Sweden under organisation number 559025-2648, with its office at Amiralsgatan 86E, 214 37 Malmo. We have worked on Nordic immigration and relocation since 2015, and we are members of EuRA, the European Relocation Association.

What we actually do

We assist with every single application we take on, from the first eligibility assessment through to the decision, and where a decision goes the wrong way, through reconsideration and appeal. That is a deliberate scope. We are not a document-checking service and we are not a form-filling service. A case is either one we believe can succeed, in which case we build it properly, or one we say no to and explain why.

The work splits into three streams: individuals and families moving to Sweden, Denmark and Norway; corporate clients relocating employees and their families; and appeals against decisions of the Swedish Migration Agency. See services for the full list.

How we work with lawyers

Sweden Relocators is a consultancy. For matters requiring representation by an advokat we work in a B2B partnership with qualified Swedish advokater rather than employing them in house. That distinction matters and we state it plainly, because the Swedish title advokat is protected and reserved for members of Sveriges advokatsamfund. Where your case needs that representation, you get it through the partnership, coordinated by us, without you having to manage two relationships.

The group

Danish services are delivered through our partner company Nordic Relocators, based at Roskildevej 30B, 2620 Albertslund, covering residence through SIRI, CPR numbers, housing and school placement. Future Concerns works on global mobility and talent, matching skilled professionals to roles and then handling the permits, relocation and onboarding. Relofy is our case management and AI CRM platform for embassies, law firms and immigration and relocation firms, and a client portal built on it is launching shortly, giving both HR teams and individual clients their own login and live case status.

Languages

Cases are handled in Swedish, English, Danish, Urdu and Arabic among other languages. That is not a marketing line. Immigration cases turn on precise wording in documents issued by authorities in the country you left, and a case handler who reads the original is worth more than a certified translation of a misunderstanding.

What we will not do

• We do not promise outcomes. Nobody can, and anyone who does is either uninformed or dishonest.
• We do not file applications or appeals we believe cannot succeed in order to buy time. We say so instead, and we explain what would have to change.
• We do not publish legal figures we cannot verify against a government source. Thresholds, fees and processing times change, sometimes mid-year, and out-of-date numbers cause real harm.
• We do not quote a timeline as a promise. We quote the authority’s published statistic and tell you what typically extends it.

Standards we hold decisions to

When we challenge a decision, the arguments are drawn from the same sources every time: the Aliens Act, Utlanningslagen (2005:716); the Administrative Procedure Act, Forvaltningslagen (2017:900), particularly the reconsideration power in Section 37; the objectivity and impartiality requirement in Chapter 1, Section 9 of the Instrument of Government, Regeringsformen; and in free movement cases, Directive 2004/38/EC together with Article 41 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights on the right to good administration.
